Josh’s career has taken him from prestigious Michelin-recognized restaurants in Britain to top 100 worthy kitchens in Canada. Sojourns have allowed him to cook for royalty at Ascot, source tea with independent farmers in China and to indulge guests in luxury lodges in the most exciting destinations.
Influences from Scandinavia, Asia, and Australasia have shaped his style into something distinctly his own: European foundations with global accents, guided always by locality and seasonality.
